Wandering the World with Zander

I was so excited to join this awesome opportunity to photograph Zander (the cute little Sock Monkey) as he travels around the world from photographer to photographer getting his picture taking at all the great places in the world and yes there is a goal in mind. The event Wandering the World with Zander started because of the CFPT Foundation which is a local non-profit organization that helps children with special needs like Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, Hydrocephalus, Spina Bifida, and Autism, just to name a few and they want to build a Dreamplex that will do so much for these kids and help so many people so this is where Zander's pictures comes in. Kayla from http://struttinmystuffphotography.com is compling all these awesome photos into a Blurb book to sell and all proceeds will go to this foundation to get this awesome Dreamplex. I couldnt pass up this opportunity to help kids in need and if you are interested in signing up click the Zander button on the top and check it out. Such a great cause!
So here's my pictures of our fun time with Zander! He arrived to our house in American Fork, Utah on July 9th and he loved my daisies
Then he had to hang out in the tree for bit of course
Then he stopped to smell the roses becuase he knows in life we always have to do that!
Next he admired my front door decoration which he fit right into haha!
Once inside he sat on my couch and had a little bit of time to just look around and take everything in!
But you know monkies they never can sit long so off he was making new friends with my other sock monkies
The next day we went to the yearly American Fork Steel days Car shows and Firework show at the park. Zander of course had to play with the kids at the park.
 Hanging on the Monkey bars
 Sliding with Grace
peeking out at the top of the playground
 cuddling with Hannah
And dont forget a cuddle with my little monkey Destiny but playing was short lived with a quick little Summer shower that made us run to the van for a few minutes but like I said it was short lived and we were back out playing again but not before admiring the RAINBOW!
Next we went over to the baseball park and decided to play some baseball and Zander had his turn as pitcher as well
Then he wanted to check out the bleachers and sit for a bit
Zander checking out the score board
Zander at home base with Destiny and Grace!
We ended the night off with some fireworks and then it was off to bed and the next day Zander was off To see April in PA. We cant wait to see what kinds of fun things he gets to do there! Have Fun Zander and we will miss you! Now if you like to see where all Zander has been and will be going make sure to click the Top Zander button and check it out !
